| coughing Lately Oliver has times where he breathes through his nose and it sounds like he takes in a little breath and then gets stuck and breathes in a little breath again and cant breathe again. Then usually I touch him and he stops as soon as I touch him. It happens most of the time when he sleeps and it wakes me up, but sometimes it happens when he is awake. Also it happens typically every two to three days. Just today he has been coughing a lot, so i dont know if that is tying in with this issue or what. Does anybody have any idea what this could be? I am going to take him into the vet if it gets any worse, but am currently in the middle of switching my vet and trying to find a good one in the area. |

| I just picked up Cozmo from the Vet. He got fixed yesterday. He has been doig a lot of coughing also. So I told the Dr about it. Today when I went to get him, he said with it cold outside now. And homes being so dry that will happen. So he told me to start running a hummidifer and that should help. Dr. looked at him and the only thing he seen is Cozmo has a lot of flim, mucus. He checked everything out before during surgery. That is all that he seen. I guess Yorkies don't take to well to dry homes. So he said with the moisture add this will help. My Vet has raised and had serveral Yorkies. But I would like to here if this sounds right to anybody else. I hope this helps
