You have a good memory! And they are doing GREAT on the freeze dried. I'll probably pick up some raw patties/medallions in about 3 weeks. I don't even add water to the freeze dried, I just "sprinkle" it on top of their warmed potatos and fish, drizzle w/ flax oil and serve! Really easy.
| I still need help on the subject of raw! My Yorkies have allergies, and one is of course fleas, but I have decided to change over to NV Raw in the mornings and Instinct NV in the afternoon, but both are the Yerkes flavor! After all of my reading, and I am just realizing chicken is so allergy pron! Now, I do not know whether to just keep their old diet of dry Nutro until I get back from a trip! I just started the switch this week, and the dry kibble in the afternoon feedings I am going really slow with! I thought they liked the dry Instinct grain free, but now I am not sure! I cannot confuse my dog sitter with all of this, plus I do not want them to get the runs with the change! Should I try something else raw besides the chicken, since maybe all the skin problems is from chicken and not grains????? Thanks |
