Never brush a dry coat or a wet coat. You want to mist a dry coat with a leave in conditioner and then brush with a pin brush. After you fully brush out the coat run a metal comb all over making sure you get all the way down to the skin.
if the puppy is matted after seeing a groomer I would definitely call them and complain, as well as request my money back so I could take him to another groomer to sort out his coat. |
