| Pet Silk products reviews? Looking for reviews for Pet Silk products. I'm considering the Conditioning Silk shampoo & conditioner. Pros/Cons? Suitable for puppies? |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I love it and pretty much use it exclusively. I have 2 silky coated ones and 2 cottony coated ones and it works great on both types.

| Hi, I used Pet Silk Products years ago, until they changed their formula. After that, my dogs were experiencing flaking, itching and very uncomfortable. I no longer use it. As a exhibitor/breeder/groomer I suggest taking a look at Bio-Groom products. I use Fluffy Puppy as it is soapless and kinder to a puppy coat and scalp.

| There are so many wonderful products out there and it's not a one size fits all. I love Plush Puppy Products and several others, but do have to experiment with different coat textures. Then there's feeding the coat from the inside out.

| I used PetSilk products on Maximo until I decided that they were drying out and weighing down his coat. We switched to Biogroom's oatmeal shampoo and silk creme conditioner and couldn't be happier. When the budget allows, we try other products, but we keep returning to the Biogroom. |

| When in a pinch, and failed to order it on-line, I have found it at PetSmart. I've found it at independent pet stores too.

| Bio Groom suggestions Quote:
Thank you for your help on another thread I started regarding grooming bands. I am now looking at this thread for shampoo suggestions. With a modifed coat, which Bio Shampoo would you suggest I try out. Emee is 9 months with a coat almost to the floor. While I am tempted to cut her down, I love the look of a full coat. Before I give in to the puppy cut, I am going full coat for the next few months. What shampoo would you reccomend for us to try? Thanks for your help.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Joey's breeder recommended Biogroom and I really love it. The Biogroom Company gives away a free sample packet of various shampoos and conditioners, if you email them. Don't forget the products are highly concentrated and should be mixed with 4 parts water before using. Bio-Groom - Exceptional Pet Care Products for Over 30 Years Just click on "Contact Us." My favorite product is the cream rinse, it smells so good.
