Okay, guys,I'm so so confused on these days, because I'm trying to make everything that I and my dog can go to the show. So what is your opinion which cosmetic is better for the show days- Pure Paws or Chris Christensen? :) |

On show days I often use a conditioner that is human grade it is Pantene Pro V 2x the shine (Icey shine). and only on show days. This is after I use the regular dog conditioner. My normal shampoos and conditioners are Plush Puppy and #1 All Systems. Good Luck with your show Gail in Ontario |
Here's what I posted on a similar thread: I only use "Yorkie Splash" Shampoo and "Yorkie Shine" Conditioner that is made specifically for a Yorkshire Terrier's coat by a breeder who shows Yorkies :)It's made with all natural, ingredients and has a ph of over 9. It smells wonderful, and leaves Sophie's hair feeling silky soft and looking great. You can find it and read more about it on the "Yorkies of Walnut Hills" web site. |
I've heard No Tears Baby shampoo and skin so soft from Avon does a great job on their coats and no dry skin, also suppose to help repel fleas, ticks and mosquito's I'm about to try it for the first time. Will let you know how it works on my little Dexter. |
I've tried so many different shampoos and conditioner over the past few decades that I could fill a store. The two shampoo's I narrowed it down to is #1 All Systems and Dr. Bronners pure liquid castile baby mild soap Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps Retail Store: Classic Liquid & Bar Soaps My main conditioner is #1 All Systems. As a final rinse, I use 2 tablespoons of Bragg organic apple cider vinegar to one pint of distilled water and pour mainly from the back of the ears to the and including the tail. It's amazing at how it cleans the coat, heals itchy bumps and keeps the fleas off. Buy Bragg - Organic Apple Cider Vinegar - 32 oz. at LuckyVitamin.com |
I use petsilk and I am very satisfied with it  |
