legs How do you cut the hair on their legs? Do you use a clipper or a shears? I can't seem to get it to look nice, just choppy.:( |
I was just about to ask the same thing. I can never get it perfect. I use scissors. Mine always look choppy too. Hopefully someone can help. |
I use clippers and it ends up looking yucky too. |

i can use some help in that area too.. anyone?? |
The biggest suggestion I can give you all is to scissor or clipper the direction the hair grows to get a nicer finish...Never cut across the hair or it will be choppy!...Never scissor a dirty dog...Scissor after a bath and a through blow dry to get hair to lay as smooth as possible and your end results should be better! ~Laura |
sooo your saying go downwards with the scissor? is that right? and for the insides of the legs go downwards too? thanks for your help |
Thought it is just me. I never get the leg part right. It is sometimes choppy, sometimes his different legs has different lengths lol. |
I comb the hair to the side (back of each leg) hold between my fingers and cut straight down. This works real well, and doesn't look choppy. |

Lexi's hair is long on her legs right? Well if you comb the hair backward toward the back of her leg and hold it between you finger's (like a beautician cuts our hair) and just take the ends off it should be ok Gina. Perhaps your taking too much? Try cutting in two sections. The top first and then the bottom section, keeping the line straight as much as possible, of course. |
