As a general rule for domestic travel, I always have Remy's rabies cert with me, along with his microchip info and a photo of him - but these are not required by the airline.
He must be in his carrier while in the airport. When you go through security you will need to carry him (out of the carrier). In flight he is technically required to remain in his carrier, but we have found the enforcement of this to vary widely. Many times I have Remy out of his carrier. |
