Hi, I have a question about the avaters. I made one myself, and used Imageready's optimizer to reduce the size (in bytes) of the animation. When I uploaded it here, it said the image has to be 75 x 75 pixels or under 19.5K.
Actually, I had to reduce mine down to 75 x 75 AND under 19.5K or it wouldn't upload. Yet, I see so many that are larger (125 x 125) and in the 35-40k range. Am I doing something wrong that I cannot upload one any larger?

you didn't do anything wrong - yours is the right size - the people who donate 25 $ get larger ones as part of donating - you did good

I am trying to get two photo thumbnails on here so I can take advantage of your generous offer to make them avatars. I feel very frustrated and too stupid to live because I can't even seem to do thumbnails. I'm going to send this and see if it works. The first photo is of my sweet Hailey (RIP) taken one of the times she was grinning at me. I don't think it can be made large enough to see that in the photo unless I manage to scrape together $25 to be a supporting member. The other one is of Yogi, a little guy we are trying to get from Tucson to Dallas, but it's looking grim. Anyway, many thanks for your help.

P.S. I guess I shoul dhave tried cropping Yogi's photo tighter, but I feel fortunate I even got it to post.
