Interesting. I can't get it to animate either. Your size looks perfect, though. I'll see if I can figure it out.

OK, I figured it out. Your size was 160x160. So even though you had shrunk the overall file to 48.8 kilobytes, it wouldn't animate because the image size is too big.

I shrunk it to 125 x 125, and it worked. It also reduced the file size to 32 kilobytes, so you could have gotten bigger.

Thanks for the website info and all the sizing information. I have been wondering how everyone animated their avitars. I'm going to try this too.

THANK YOU!!!!! :bighug: I would have never figured this out! Lol! See I'm pixel challenged.:D I guess I thought the file size and pic size were kinda the same. I did delete some frames too.....guess that is why it is moving so fast?:scratchhe

Now if I can slow the animation down a little I'll see if I can get it saved later this evening.

NP! You should be able to slow it down by changing the animation time. It's currently set on .5 second per frame. Change it to 1 second. And, yeah, I got rid of the duplicated frames too, thinking they were unnecessary, but that is what speeded it up. I'd fix it but my Internet is down and I'm on an iPhone!

I tried to adjust the size but I must be doing something wrong. The size stayed at 160 x 160 although the pic got smaller. I'm so glad you were kind enough to fix the speed......I really didn't want to ask again. :embarasse I told you I was pixel challenged.:laugh:
