Dusty hoping in for surgery - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Poor little Dusty is only 3 months old and has already had to go through more than most dogs. His family abandoned him and left him with 2 broken legs. Now he will need major surgery to fix them. Tomorrow he is going in for his first surgery and any well wishes,prayers and love that could be sent his way would be appreciated. This little guy has no family to worry about him or care about him. He has a long road to recovery ahead of him.

Poor sweet little thing - he is just adorable. Please let us know how his surgery goes. He's from a rescue, correct? If I have that right, maybe post the link again so we can donate if we'd like to

I can't believe his old family just left his legs broken...HOW can anyone actually DO that???? It just slays me.

Poor little sweet soul. Hopefully he can be fixed up and will be as good as new for his new family that is out there.

I hope Dusty's surgery went well. He might not have "family" to worry about him, but I will worry about him, he will be in my prayers.

Dusty's surgery had to be postponed until Tuesday due to the specialist having to reschedule. The wait is driving me nuts. He also caught kennel cough, poor little guy. I did look up videos of dogs with no front legs, they got around ok. I hope it doesn't come to that but I hate to think what might happen if the surgery doesn't work. Thanks everyone for your prayers, he has a yt family at least

how can anyone leave a 3 month lil baby with 2 broken front legs, they should held accountable for animal cruelty. Praying lil Dusty's surgery went well. Keeping him in my thoughts and prayers for successful outcome.
