Having Full Mammogram Today, Would Appreciate Your Prayers I have cystic changes in my breasts that my doctor checks on every year with a screening mammogram and every other year with a screening mammogram and then usually a full mammogram and usually a sonogram to check whether or not anything unusual is going on. I had my screening mammogram a couple of weeks ago and they called me back in for a closer look again. I've had a dozen of these every other year where they do more testing and you'd think I would be used to it by now. But I'd sure appreciate prayers for strength and courage and nothing suspicious! Feeling a little weak in the knees right now. Wish I could take Tibbe with me! |
Jeanie you will go to your mammogram wrapped in my prayers - and I am sure prayers of countless other YTers. This must be a very unsettling annual event for you. |
Everything will be fine, I can feel it in my water. |
Prayers and positive thoughts are sent to you. |
Jeanie, I am thinking about you and praying for you. Stay positive. In my heart I feel that everything will be fine. I feel very positive and much at ease about your screening today. Try not to worry too much. Hugs! |
Sending prayers |
Oh, no. The news wasn't good. Have to have a biopsy of the breast this coming Monday. Am scared to death right now. I don't know what to do next! Keep on praying if you would and thank you for praying so much. I know you all are so special! |
Oh no, hope it's nothing serious! Will keep you in my prayers Jeanie. |
Jeanie, I know what you are going through....I had to have the same thing. You have a lot of YTers prayer for you that everything will turn out OK. I know you are scared to death but we are there with you on this. |
I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I am sorry you are going through this. Please try to stay positive. |
I am praying for your positive result with this biopsy....I can only imagine how fearful you are feeling....You are shielded in all our prayers and positive vibes and thoughts and you will go face this in His loving care.....know my cousin who has problems with cysts in her breasts, faced this very issue late last year....she had to have a biopsy.....it was negative, so dont think for a minute this wont or cant turn out as nothing more than an inconvenience for you. Lord, You promised when prayer warriors lifted their voices in unison, in prayer, you would hear and you would act. We are coming to you now, in great numbers, empowered by Faith, as You have asked, for You to cover and shield this Child of yours, in Peace, Strength, Comfort, and Health. |
Sending hugs, prayers and good wishes and thoughts to you. |
Jeanie, Sending prayers and good vibes for your Monday biopsy. Know that you are surrounded with the strength and caring of the Yorkie Talk family. |
Praying all goes well. |
Sending prayers and best wishes. |
Oh, bless you ladies! I knew you would understand. I'm really numb right now. The place seemed largish that I saw on the view I saw, not round like a cyst and is near the nipple area. Hoping and praying it's not the worst. I've yet to talk to my son or sister. He's in Florida and she's got a brain aneurysm with hematoma so I don't want to worry her so you all are my lifeline right now. It's minute-to-minute for her. I'm so glad to have you all there. Thank you so much for those wonderful prayers and sweet thoughts of support. I cried when I read them just now. Every one of you is precious. |
Keeping you in my prayers. I really wish when they find things on mammograms they would do the biopsy right then. Waiting is so difficult. Thinking positive thoughts for benign results. |
Jeanie, I am keeping you close in prayer for your biopsy to show it is benign. |

Jeanie i am so sorry you just can't seem to catch a break lately, but you have a lot of prayer warriors that will help you through this..hopefully it will be nothing a few years ago i was bothered with cysts my Dr. told me to leave off coffee, tea and chocolate and i wouldn't have this problem..well i took his advice for years and it worked...but i confess now that i cheat a little and so far all is good I will be thinking and praying for you that test are good..big hugs to you |
I do drink a good bit of Diet Coke(as it seems to help my stomach settle down) and have a cup of coffee in the morning. Hardly ever eat chocolate so I'm going to cut back on the coffee and the little tea I drink and see if it helps. Very much water nauseates me and so does tea, which is why I settled on Diet Coke. I drink water but just can't tolerate as much as I used to w/o getting sick feeling in my tummy. What do you mostly drink, Betty? |
Sending you lots of good thoughts, love and puppy kisses xoxoxo |
I hate water and drink that fruit flavored water....Fruit H2O, I think they call it. Zero calories and it is really good....better for me than the diet root beer that I could drink 2 cases of! If I want a fizz in my drink, Dasani Sparkling is my choice of carbonation....naturally flavored sparkling water beverage by Coca-Cola.... |

dog Oh Jeanie, I am with you as you go through this scary time. I have been down that road, got the call I had breast cancer, had the mastectomy, chemo radiation and know exactly what you are going through. Lean on Jesus and your friends and Tibbe. You think positive thoughts. They can do so much now and here's the deal-you have faith. You are here on this earth for a reason. When your job is done, He will call you home. Until then rest in the faithfulness of the Lord. He will walk you through this or even carry you if the times get tough. Prayers are powerful and I will be praying for you. Let me know how you are doing. I am so with you on this journey. The Lord is your Shepard. You will not fear. He will guide you and go before you no matter what is ahead. You rest sweet Jeanie and know that He is God! |
Jeanie, I am praying for you that the biopsy returns good news. |
Jeanie, keeping you in my prayers for all to go well with your biopsy tomorrow. |
dog Prayers for you Jeanie. Here is a little prayer I said every time I went in for a procedure: "I will clothe myself with the white light of Jesus and only good things will come to me." A very comforting prayer, I said that before surgery and I focused on the Lord and nothing else. He stands with us through it all. He knows our needs and what we can handle. "I can do this because Christ strengthens me" No matter what Jeanie, you will walk through this. Believing all will be benign and you will need no further tests. Let me know because you are dear to me and I am with you in spirit. |
Oh, Kristin, thank you so much. What a wonderful site YT because of members like you and so many others who care. |
Jeanie, you are in my thoughts so often, and I care so much about you. You and Tibbe are in my prayers, and I am counting on you getting good results from your biopsy tomorrow. It's amazing how much our hearts are touched by the open gifts of love and friendship received on YT. Warm thoughts always come to mind when I think of you and your sweet Tibbe. If you need to talk, please know that I would love to be there for you in the only way the many miles between us allows. |
