I just saw where your fever had broke and now George has it. I'm happy to hear that you are on the recovery train. Praying for George to feel better soon. The flu is really harsh. Bless you both!

P.S. And tell the girls, they are just the cutest even without a brushing. They rock the "bed head" look ;) :D

I just saw where Kim and hubby both have pneumonia. Praying for both.

Im sure she feels a little better knowing her girl care so much about her and are by her side.

Oh no! Praying for both to recover quickly... Kim if I can help in any way, let me know. I can't get o FB... my PC crashes whenever I do...

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers, everyone. I was so happy thinking I was turning the corner, and the pneumonia set in. George has it too. This is day 11, and honestly, I haven't been this sick for a long time. I'm exhausted, but I do think we are moving in the right direction. At least I feel like being on the computer. George says he knows I'm sick when the computer is off and closed. He seems to be doing better now too. The little girls have been awsome. Their routine has been disrupted, but they have faithfully snuggled by my side. They really know and understand when Momma or Daddy doesn't feel well. They are such sensitive, loyal and sweet little angels, aren't they?

Kim is in the hospital. I didn't know until I saw a pic just now of her pup with her...sneaking in and visiting Mommy in bed. Prayers for Kim. I'm sure those puppy kisses helped!

It's been two weeks now, and the pneumonia still has not gotten any better. I went into the hospital on Thursday. I'm on iv antibiotics, steroids and 'round the clock breathing treatments. The meds keep burning and blowing out my veins, and I'm feeling a bit discouraged. I really could use some prayer. George has turned the corner, and is doing much better, though he isn't yet 100%. Mom has been holding down the fort at home, and caring for the fur girls. On a positive note, Mia snuck in for a visit. We both needed that! It was great medicine to snuggle with my little girl for awhile.

I hope you feel better soon. I know a visit fom Mia will do a world of good. Sounds like a terrible illness.
