Need Prayers for Jada Please
 
My niece, Jada (the one with Cystic Fibrosis), is back in the hospital. She's not doing very well. She's not getting enough oxygen and her heart rate is low. They are talking about putting her in ICU.

Jada has dealt with this all of her life and, even though I know she has been scared in the past, she has never said it out loud. She was scared this time because of how fast it hit her.

So, of course, that makes Aunt Terri scared. Even more so than normal and I always am.

Please say an extra prayer for Jada for me. That girl just needs some lungs....desparately. :(

Praying for precious JADA. It is so difficult when you can't breathe. I pray that she will have relief immediately and that she will get out of the hospital and back home soon.

How terrifying to not be able to get enough air....praying for Jada....praying for relief and peace and rest...and lungs for Jada.....

I am so sorry to hear this. That poor girl can sure stand a break and I pray that they can get her some relief in the hospital to hold her until those lungs come along. I'm praying for her parents and your family also.

Thank you all so very much. It is her faith and prayers that have gotten her through her life and I know His will WILL be done. It just kills me to know that she is scared. And hurting - she gets really scared when it hurts. Who wouldn't right? The doctors tell her that it is the friction of her lungs rubbing against the inside of her ribs. Stupid, stupid CF.

She and all of our family actually see and feel when people are praying. Wanted you all to know that and how much it means. Thank you!

I am so sorry that your niece is going through this. The mommie of the lil morkie that I sew for and keep sometimes has CF and is in the hospital right now. It is such a horriable disease.
I will keep your niece in my prayers.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. This was posted on FB by my sister:

Jada is breathing and resting a little better this evening. Praising God that she did not have to go to the other unit.

I'm so happy to hear she is doing better. I have Asthma and my fear of not being able to breathe is scary but doesn't even compare to your niece. I thought about her all night and prayed she would breath easier.
How old is she? Bless her heart!

Hi, Deb. I can't imagine dealing with asthma either - that has to be scary. Jada will be 23 in June, Lord willing. She has been called 3 times for lungs (the first time, she was the back-up, but the last 2 times, she was primary), however she still hasn't gotten them because the last 2 times, the lungs weren't viable (both times, they were filled with fluid). We are praying she gets them soon. Each day gets harder and she has watched so many of her friends pass away (especially in the last 2 years). The older these kids get, the worse they get.
