Actually, I got good news today. I only need 50cc more of the saline in that fun thing that is stretching my skin. So....surgery is scheduled for May 15. That is a month earlier than was originally told to me. Cannot wait to have all of this behind me.
The good thing is that the dog show is in July, so I should be in fairly decent shape for it!! :)

Hi Linda you are an inspiration to all of us. You fought a tough battle and won. Keep really positive thoughts. Know how beautiful you are regardless of that awful disease. Hard times make us able to help others walking that road. Life becomes even more precious . We realize the power of prayer and the treasure of friends. Oh and of course the true companionship of our dogs, God bless you with happy healthy days.

Thank you Sandy :) I really have gotten so much support and gained a lot of strength because of it. So many people here on this forum and in my personal life...I am truly blessed.
And, yes, our pups really are the icing on the cake.

OH MY....I thought I had shared this and see I didn't. :( I got this lovely angel along with a gift of a mani/pedi from Doodlebug recently. This angel is SO pretty.....I opened the door one day and there it was! So thoughtful...thank you so much Jean!! I LOVE this angel .. so sweet she is holding a yorkie! :)

I have received so many wonderful emails, cards, messages here on YT .. of support. Gifts and care packages...flowers, plants. I am so overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of so many.

Agreed on all counts! Still praying and believing that better times are ahead soon and that dog show finds you much healed and able to enjoy it to the hilt. I get such a kick of reading your posts about all the fun show activity!

Linda, thinking about you and sending prayers that you are doing well and every day finds you feeling better. I'm so happy that you liked the angel! I thought of you when I saw it because I always think of you as the Yorkie's Angel for all you do for the babies. You give so much of yourself for them. I had surgery two weeks ago tomorrow...hopefully the final surgery! :) This one wasn't too, too bad. :)
