Please Pray for my Husband Harry It all started a week ago.. He came down with Shingles on his face and ear and top of head.. Intense pain..Doctor put him on Predlisone and Pain meds.. Seems to get better then all the sudden he woke up and his right eye wouldn't shut. His right side had fallen , and he was so dizzy he couldnt stand or walk . He couldn't move his head at all.. Took him straight to hospital .. they kept him.. he has been in there 4 days and 3 cat scans, numerous Blood test, Eyes test, you name it.. They have come to the conclusion he has Ramsay Hunt Shingles.. its a more severe case of shingles that affects the Nerves in the face.. The 7th cranial nerve and His inner ear is affected too.. He has a looong way to go.. They said sometimes its takes months to get better. He has to have therapy for his walking an speech. They have ruled out a stroke thank God.. He was so worried.. and I also.. Say a prayer that he will have a speedy recovery. |
Oh no I am so sorry to read all that your hubby is going thru. Having Shingles can be very painful and then to have this type. I was glad to read that it wasn't a stroke. He and you will certainly be in my prayers. |
My prayers are with you and your husband. I worked with Seniors for years and have seen the pain people have suffered with shingles. I have never heard of this kind but glad to know it wasn't a stroke and doctors can help him recover. |

I said a prayer for your husband Harry. Does he believe in Jesus Christ and God? It is important that he does or the prayers won't work. He must believe that God and Jesus Christ can heal him. Most of the people I pray for get healed through Jesus Christ. Sounds like your husband may have bells palsy ask the doctor about that and God bless your family and your husband. Please let me know how he is doing. |
I am so sorry to hear about your husband. My mom got shingles in her face over one eye especially. She was so stoic but that pain was the worst she had ever experienced. It took her months to get better. I will keep him in my prayers. |

Thank you all for the prayers.. It's so great to know I have friends that believes in The power of Prayer! I had a little laugh this morning from my husband.. He said.. " I said a loong prayer last night for you" I said " for me" he said yes, I asked God to help you and give you patience to to get us thru this and help you to put up with me." I cried.. I told him, This is what marriage is all about. Thru sickness and Health.. You helped me with all I have been thru and I am here for you as Long as I can do it.. He is special to me.. Thank you Lord for bringing Him to me! Thru all this .. he still has his sense of Humor! I love him for that! Again, Thank you everyone for the thoughts and Prayers |

Husband Back in Hospital Hi everyone.. Just a update.. I had to call 911 last night.. I have Been at the hospital all night and All today.. Just got home. My husband was doing well and then last night he had a TIA, Mini Stroke.. Keeps up with the prayers.. The nuerologist and Heart doctor are starting him on Cumudinb (sp) . He is talking better today..but still confused an can't stand up without getting dizzy. So if you don't see me on YT its because I am with him at the hospital.. Keep up with all the great Prayers.. Thank you so much everyone! |
