I am so happy to post that the echo showed the fluid around Ken's heart had resolved further. The cardiologist said he wasn't out of the woods yet but it was going in the right direction. He was pleased with his blood pressure and heart rate. So thanks to all of you for the continued prayers and support. YT prayers are the best! Ken has chemo tomorrow but is going into it feeling much better than last week.

Wonderful news. It is so heartwarming and good to finally read positive posts from you, indicating your dear Ken is doing better and better. Such good news! I am still praying for him every day.

Thanks. Ken had his 3rd chemo today and so far so good. His platelets have to be at 100 to get the chemo and today his were 195! We are having the CT scan done in 2 weeks to give the chemo a chance to work. He has the week off next week and based on the CT results they will decide if the drugs are working. If they are he will continue on them for 4 more treatments over a 6 week period and then repeat the CT. If they aren't working then they will reevaluate his treatment. So we are praying these drugs are working. You guys are the best thanks for the continued prayers.

Glad to hear Ken is doing ok so far after his chemo. That's really good news.
I bet that helps both of you to relax a little bit. :)
Will say "extra" prayers that the CT shows that the chemo is working.

I'm so glad to hear that Ken is doing good and that his platelets were high enough for his Chemo. I pray that things continue to go good for him. Prayers still being said for you both.

Thanks! Ken has been pretty wiped out yesterday and today from the chemo. He has only been up a bit but his appetite is still pretty good. I know the sleep is good for him but I feel better when he is up a little more. Going for the CURE!!!
