Thank you Cathy for this thread.

We are still not sure what exactly is going on with Michael. He has a Nuclear body scan scheduled this coming Monday. The Neurologist, Radiologist and ID doctors are stumped and have decided this is the next step for him. He walks a little and sits a little but is in constant pain at this point. Everyday is a new challenge and I do everything I can to keep him as comfortable as possible.

I sneak in on YT from time to time and check on you all. It's a great break and often puts a smile on my face.

Thank you for all the prayers and get well wishes, we are moved by everyone.

Update
 
Michael has been diagnosed with Osteomyelitis spinal infection. He is still on IVs daily and seems to be getting a little better. The doctors have told us that there is a 90% chance he will need surgery to remove two vertebra by front and back surgeries. We are still praying for improvement and to be in the 10%. So for now it's hurry up and wait.:rolleyes:
