Prayers fo Bethany - rbelland's daughter
 
Bethany, daughter of rbelland (Renee) was playing outside and fell and hit her head this evening -- Renee called me a few minutes ago from the emergency room. I don't know all of the detals, but it appears that there is a nasty gash on the back of her head that will require staples.

Needless to say the family is stressed out and needs our prayers.

Thank You so much for your prayers! Bethany (9yrs old) came home from the hospital with 5 staples. She and her brother Shawn were playing "Army" outside last night. She tripped and fell back hitting her head on one of our landscaping bricks. Shawn brought her inside and was yelling for me to come and "fix Beth". We took her to emergency right away. I thought the bleeding would never stop. I had to put sooo much pressure on it. It finally stopped bleeding when they put the staples in. She was such a trooper and did so well at the hospital.

She just came in and told me she was felling a bit better. I think a bit of Tylenol will help and she should be fine. Thanks again for your prayers!!!

Yikes! How scary that must have been. Head injuries are the worst........they always seem to bleed so badly. I'm glad to hear that she is okay and feeling better this morning. Watch her though for any after effects.

Wow, I am glad that she on the mends now. You must have been terrified. Sending you and Bethany big hugs and kisses. Also to Shawn for getting her help right away. :)
