I know. I hate not knowing and following her story. It was so close to me and now I have no idea what forums she is on to even keep track

Way to go Emma!!! We love you and miss you, precious girl. Thanks so very much for letting us know about her procedure...I've often wondered what ever became of her and how she was doing now. Now I know, I got that same warm, fuzzy feeling again. Please give Dena my love and prayers for Emma.

I am just gonna throw this out there & let all of ya'll get sooooo jealous.
I saw Dena & Emma 2 weekends ago at one of our adoption events. She brought her of course & of course.. all dolled up. Emma is a sweetie & so precious to hold... you have to remind yourself you are holding her ... it is like holding air... well, except the clothes

She was fiesty & playful & doing very well... I am sure she will recover quickly & be back to playin around in no time.

I'm definitely jealous!!!! I miss having daily updates about her. (and the nerd in me was fascinated with her case

Emma has a special place for me and I will always remember that night Dena came to this place looking for support and prayers. I can't believe it was almost 6 months ago!! Emma has gotten so big and pretty. Sending lots of hugs and prayers ok OK.

Oh, how I would love to meet that little miracle!! I have seriously thought about Toto and me just getting in the car and driving over to OKC! My "sanity" kicks in every time and I haven't done it!

Seriously, I am so happy for you! I finally caught her on UStream live cam last night and was so fascinated, I just sat and stared at her until Dena turned it off!! I don't think I have ever had a little rescue touch my heart like this since Shira. Emma is doing great and I saw some new pics/info on her MySpace and Dena has the sweetest little "Smilebox" presentation which kinda "recaps" the whole thing!

Just want to thank you all again for all your prayers for Emma. I know they are deeply appreciated!!

What a great video. It's so good to see her eat-she didn't miss a thing on the plate. In the begining it looked like she was passing up the food to get to her mommy. What an attachment she has to mommy. God bless you what a great job you have done with her

That video is what I've been holding my breath for for 6 months. I am so happy for Emma and Dena! When Emma looks right into the camera and licks her mouth it is just heart stopping! And watching her chase down that last pea is priceless! I am so happy!
Way to go Dena! You are a hero.

Everyone, don't forget to continue your prayers for this precious little dynamo. I think YT prayers helped save her life! (Along with other things YT members did.)

OMGosh, I am so happy for Emma... She can eat. That made my day watching that video. She didn't know what to think at first, and Dena started feeding her and then she fast figured it out...Ummmmm food!! She had to chase those peas down, but she got them in the end..

It is so good to see her improving everyday... Way to go Emma.. Were all so proud of you and your mom...
