Love_Me_Cody could use our help and prayers
 
We could use any help for Lane (Love_Me_Cody) a yt member is devestated at the loss of her baby..Kitty is her babies name..

Lane is missing her baby, she was stolen.. maybe if anyone in her area could offer help to this member..we would be forever grateful.

Lane lives in Austin, tx. Her baby is about 14 months and is about 4.5 lbs. Black on body and tan/gold on head. Hair on body reaching half past body and hair around neck and head reaching the floor..

The people that took her could have shaved her. Floppy ears and on the left ear , if you look closely you could see a few white hairs because of dead skin she had before I got her. And at the end of her rib cage their is one bone that is more prominent then the rest.

any help or even prayers will be appreciated.. anne

Thanks so much everyone.. please pass the word to anyone you might know who lives anywhere close to Lane.. so she is not alone in her search.. I am sure some one has to live close by, another town.. I am just sick about this..
again thanks all.. lets keep this thread going.. and see if we can pull together here.. Lane has been a member for a long time..anne

Oh My!!!....I can only imagine how utterly devastated Lane must be!!!!....I hope she finds her little one!!!.....This is sooo terrible, I wish I lived closer I would certainly help her look......I pray she finds Kitty soon!

oh no :( She's in the austin, tx area right? Do you have any more details on how she was stolen and stolen from where? Could it be someone she knows or more likely a random stranger???

I am so terribly sorry! Please let Lane know that we will be praying for little Kitty's safe return. God bless you, Anne, for being such a good friend and letting us know. This is just so sad.

You know she entered Kitty in a contest not too long ago, and won. It was a newspaper contest, and I wonder if people use it as a way to find pets. Here's the thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...991-i-won.html. I sure hope she finds Kitty, I know she must be devastated.

I am just totally speechless. Why would anyone do this to anyone is beyond my thoughts.....how cruel can one be. My warmest deepest prayers to a very safe return back home.

here is an email I got from Lane..

It happened on Sep 23rd. I have walked every other night for a couple hours in my neighborhood and the ones next to mine. I have also put posters on each door about 3 times now, each one with more and different information. There's a slim to no chance of getting her back, even a few of my neighbors have said that a lot of the people in the neighborhood would probably keep her or sell her. Even though we would never do that, many people would. Many people say they would look out for her and call me if they see something. I'm going to make more flyers and post them in apartment complexes in a mile radius tomorrow.
I also sealed up the doggie door to by patio. That way none of the dogs can go back there without supervision. They use to go and come as they please in the backyard.
Anywho, Thanks for email me and allowing me to get my thoughts out.

I have Lane's email addie if anyone is wanting to reach her.. she has not been on here.. thanks again.. anne

this is such a sad situation...i hope Kitty finds her way her..and i have cross reference this thread the regional section...there seems to be a meetup coming up in Austion so i sorta gave them a short story and then the link to this thread....i sure hope there is a happy ending..

Has she tried saying that she needs medication or anything? Maybe that would bring someone forward if someone has picked her up and doesn't want to tell.

This breaks my heart, I hate hearing stories like this. It's so sad to know there are such cruel people in the world.

Has an ad been placed under lost/found in the local newspaper, on Craigslist or Kijiji? Is Kitty microchipped? Have vets in the area been alerted to what is going on so they can watch for her?
