My Father passed away yesterday
 
If you have a spare minute, could you please send out a prayer for me and my family. My father passed away yesterday from liver disease. The doctors didn't even know anything was wrong with his liver until a few weeks ago. Everything happened so quickly it seems.

For some reason, I always thought that I would be older with a family of my own when I lost a parent. Not that that would make it any easier I suppose, I just feel so unprepared and lost....

Honey I am so very sorry your lost your father. It's hard I know but it
does get easier to handle in time. I lost my father at a young age and my
children lost their father at a young age. Somehow you just go on.
Prayer's coming for you and your family. Only time will heal your pain.

My heart goes out to you. I know your pain all too well. My step-dad of 24 years who I loved as my own dad passed away one year ago. I have never felt such pain and loss in my life. I still miss him every single day. I will pray for God to ease your pain and your families because I know how much you are hurting. Big hugs to you and I am so very sorry for your loss.

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Nothing ever prepares you but time will ease some of the pain. I lost my Daddy, my buddy in 1985 and I think of him every single day. I will be praying for you and your family. God bless and comfort you all.

My heart goes out to you at this time of sadness in your life. I lost my dad to pancreatic cancer when i was 33. He would have been 55 on his next birthday. It was the worst time in my life and i never thought i would get past it, but, with the Grace of God, i did. You will get past this and you will be left with all your good memories of your dad forever. God Bless you and help you to heal in your heart. My prayers are with you and your family...

I am so very sorry for your loss. I, too, lost my dad and it has only been 14 days today. I also felt like I would have my dad for much longer....he was only 57. If you want to chat sometime, feel free to send me a PM or maybe we can even talk on the phone. I am not really any further along in my grieving process, but we can talk to each other about our dads and share our tears with one another.

Again, I am very sorry....I know the pain.

I am so very sorry for the loss of your father. I lost my mother when I was 30 and my father passed a little over 3 years ago. It is so so hard.

My Dad has liver disease. You would never know it by looking at him that anything is wrong. It is amazing how sick he is verse how health he looks! We are greatful for everyday that we have with him.

Don't forget your YT familly is here for you. If you need to talk or just have a shoulder to cry on, all you have to do is ask.

My deepest condolences on the lloss of your Father. I lost my Mom last year and still miss her terribly. Just take it one day at a time and try and keep busy.

So sorry for you and your family... I also lost my Mom and it is very hard, but again as Patti says .. take one day at a time! You are in my prayers as well!

Sending prayers and my condolences to you and your family. I know the feeling all to well. I lost my dad 21 yrs ago, and on Oct 7 he would have turned 68. Time does heal the pain, but like some of the others have said just it take one day at a time.

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I lost my father 3 years ago on labor day to a motorcycle accident. It was so sudden & very unexpected. I still miss him everyday. Time does heal and eventually it will not be so painful to think of him.

Prayers to you and your family. I lost my father after he suffered a stroke. I was 19. It does take time but it will get better. Remember the times that you shared and those memories will comfort you. Hugs.

So sorry for your loss. My father was only 48, when he passed away from a rare liver disease. It is now 24 years later, and I am the same age as he was when he passed. It's amazing how fast time goes, and it does lessen the pain of the loss. I still miss him, but am able to smile when I think of him. Relish your fond memories of your father, that is what will get you through this difficult time.

I\'m so sorry for your loss. I\'m sorry to say, I know the pain you are feeling and my heart truly goes out to you. It\'s so darn hard to lose those we love and sometimes it seems that life is just so unfair. I will pray for you and your family and ask that God make his presence known to you all during this difficult time.
