Fellow Texans...Have you heard of this breeder?? Has anyone ever heard or purchased from this breeder/ puppymill: http://www.texastinyyorkies.com/ She breeds her 3lbs babies:mad: :thumbdown Is it just me or is this sick:mad: :( |
wow that's really terrible:( |
I also have an issue with all of the different breeds on that site. Definitely red flags there. |

Tell me if I'm reading this wrong, but according to the health guarantee, it looks like they will never refund money or cover partial vet costs, just replace with another puppy. They also exclude coccidia and there is this line that I question at small print at the bottom. "A CONGENITAL DEFECT IS A PROBLEM THAT WILL NOT ALLOW THE PUP TO GROW TO A NORMAL LIFE EXPECTANCY. A BONE JOINT ISSUE, LACTATING PATELLA, GOING BLIND, BEING DEAF, HAVING A HERNIA OR HAVING A LIMP IS NOT CONSIDERED LIFE THREATENING. A MAJOR BODY ORGAN THAT SUSTAINS LIFE GOING BAD, HEART, LUNGS, LIVER , ETC. IS CONSIDERED A CONGENITAL DEFECT AND IS COVERED FOR A YEAR. " |

Amen to that. |
when I saw it I had to look twice cuz I thought maybe I wasn't reading it right yeah just let me run down their & get a 1500 gift card goes hand in hand with the fact that she's breeding those little angels... |
I noticed too, she said teacups...ooooooooooohhhhhhhhh, that's one word that really ticks me off!!:thumbdown |
teacups=made up word :( |
Wow, I thought everything was bigger in Texas!!!!!!!LOL Another "breeder" only in it for the $$$$$$$$$$$. Sad. :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown |
*sigh*...another byb :( |
:thumbdown :mad: |
I'd like to email and tell her a good breeder would know that so called tea cups end up sickly little babies cause they are too small. Poor babies...bred improperly so more Paris Hiltons and Britneys can use them as fashion accessories!! AAARRRRG. This gets me so angry!:mad: :mad: |

Oh, Judy, I can't resist commenting on the "lactating patella". The patella is the knee and lactate means to nurse as in give milk. :D That would be some trick to nurse pups from the knee. :D :eek: I think she meant luxating patella. |

I was waiting for someone to catch that. ;) Oh...and like if I had a puppy with a congenital defect (even though I STRONGLY disagree with her definition of it on a number of points) why would I want another puppy from this same breeder??? :confused: |
this makes me sad, she has some beautiful yorkies, really heartbreaking if she leaves them outside...of course the breeding for money is :mad: just terrible too... makes me sick really... |
Poor babies:( Bad breeeder:thumbdown |
does that look like a biewer on the main page to anyone else?? oh lord that is how the breed will start to go down hill.. people like that getting ahold of them! |
I hope it is not a Biewer. They even have a category: designer dogs. She is a PUPPY MILL with 3# breeders. |

Responsible Breeder Texas Tiny Yorkies Hello, I am amazed that anyone is even discussing me. I didn't know that websites like this forum even existed until it was brought to my attention through one of your members, so I thought I should try to clear some of this up. The reason my website states that I accept moneygrams through Walmart is because some people are not comfortable with paying over the computer. It is not a gift card it is a money gram, comparable to Western Union. I do also accept paypal or credit cards. If I do breed a 3 lb. female I make for sure the male is smaller. I have never had a Yorkie that has had to have a c-section. No matter what the size or breed of the female you can run into problems if the sire is not selectively chosen. My yorkie puppies are tiny but very healthy because they are gentically small , not small because they are sickly runts of the litter. Anyone who has ever owned a tiny yorkie knows that they do require extra attention due to their tiny size , especially for the first 3 months of their life. I would be surprised if any puppy mill could raise tiny yorkies. Because of their special needs they wouldn't make it. I tell everyone that no yorkie papers will state toy, teacup or anything but yorkshire terrier. This is just a way of describing the size description of the puppy because size can vary greatly. I let my customers know that tiny yorkies are not for everyone. They are for people who have the time and desire to give these special babies the love and attention they deserve and need. I do let my dogs go outside when the weather permits. In my opinion this is much healthier than keeping them on concrete in a small space. My dogs have plenty of room to run and play. At night or when the weather is bad they have heated shelters to go into. My dog pens are as big a some peoples back yards. I keep no more than 3 dogs per pen. This is a small family ran business. Both me and my husband spend most all of everyday with our dogs . Some people go to work everyday and leave their animals alone 8 hours or more everyday. Our health guarantee is standard for most all breeders. I have never had to replace a puppy. So far they have all been very healthy. Anyone is welcome to come to our home and see our setup. We are most definitely not a puppy mill. Many people have come to our house to pick up their puppies and have been pleased with our operation. I sell high quality , healthy puppies that may be priced higher than some but I think they are worth it due to the good care and personal attention they get. Becky (Texas Tiny Yorkies) |
