I am from South Carolina just about 15 minutes from the masters tournament in Augusta GA. Its thundering and raining her.

sorry about the rain it was doing that this morning with me and the kids dancing in it because it washed away the yellow death. hahah

Hey I'm in Myrtle Beach, SC it's gorgeous out here if it does rain it's been off and on but warming up! Perfect weather for the Dog Park. My 2 Yorkies are enjoying it, they don't have to wear their sweaters.

I'll be in NC - Havelock and Jacksonville area - near the end of the month for a few days. I'll be visiting my son before he leaves for Iraq. My daughter lives in Havelock but my son will be in Jacksonville for 3 weeks.

I grew up in Charleston, SC. My parents and brother still live there, though I live in Johnson City (which is 45 mins. from Asheville, if anyone is ever interested in meeting up there sometime.) We're here only until my hubby finishes his degree, which he should be done mid-summer. Then, we hope to move back to Charleston, but it all depends on jobs, etc.

I miss the beach SO much! I'm jealous of you beach-goers, just so you know!

don't be jealous of the beach. remember we have HURRICANES. i lost everything i owned and my house when fran hit. but i do still love the beach. my family is from wilmington but i am the only one who still lives here. tried to leave when i got married but as my loving husband says wilmington is the black hole of the south. you just get sucked in. haha

Yeah, we used to get lucky in Charleston, except in '89 with Hugo. I've noticed Wilmington is like a hurricane magnet!

I live in Charlotte. We go to Wilmington several times a year to see family. Vacation EVERY year at either North or South Carolina!!! I love the beach and so does my babies! Last year we rented a big house at Topsail Island and have been looking to stay there again this year in June for a week. We're taking our two yorkies and six puppies this time

Hope we don't get thrown out!

We are going to Edisto beach the June 5 thru 11th. I get my baby on the 23rd of this month. She is definitly going to the beach with us. Our house is a no pets but who would notice that little thing. LOL

Where is Edisto beach? We just booked a house yesterday for June 4th through 11th in Surf City area which is right down from Topsail Island. I can hardly wait to go!!!
