Hey, YappyScrappy, Wolfy, and to all the other Fl people

I didn't know there was a post for regional either...lean something new ever day. I'm from Orange Park for the ones who didn't know it's outside of Jacksonville...but I actuall live in the area of OP which is closer to Gainesville when you add in traffic.
Ah, those precious hurricanes, one I was driving back from a meeting in Tampa and got to visit with all the other people fleeing to my area, but thankfully was home when it hit, the other I was driving to and from gainesville as the bands stated to come in also for work!!! And the other one I was driving back from a meeting in St. Pete...for WORK. I really hate my job...if you can't tell :mad:

As for my yorkies. Lil Bear is 6yrs and my parents baby, mom suffers from cronic daily migraines so Lil Bear is very attached to her since they spend a lot of time in bed. Since Lil Bear has gotten so attached to mom I was missing having a pup so I started looking at adoption and that didn't work so I looked for breeders and found one in Bell, Fl. She Had A Herd Of YORKIES :) My parents and I loved it. So anyway Moose and I picked each other out and she will be 4 months May 6!!!!

Nice to know someone is still looking at this thread...I check regularly, but there is usually not too much activity! EnvroBear...we are coming back to Jax Mother's Day weekend (May 7 & 8), after my husband's law school finals (April 25 -May 5)...I can't wait! We plan on taking Ruby to the beach for the first time (to my knowledge)...I'm so excited...my husband is ALWAYS studying...I should really make some friends already!

i wish all of ya'll were closer to me. none of my friends have small dogs so the only animals she plays with are our two cats and they get bored easily!!

Yappy - wehre is your husband attending law school? The weather here is gorgeous this week. The beach should be perfect in May! Enjoy!

He goes to law school at the University of Florida, so we live in Gainesville now, but are both from Jacksonville...are families are all there, and we will probably move back after law school..there is a good chance he will work at the State Attorney's Office for a few years...you are in Jax, also?

Sorry Wolfy, I have been so bad at helping you find a yorkie and I think someone else was looking for contact info for the lady in Bell.

I Promise I will post it here tomorrow (sat) between work, pulling my back out, a cold, having to take care of moose and lil bear for 2 days(it was bad), looking for new jobs, trying to figure out which days my boyfriends isn't on duty (Navy Guy, shipping out in june probably so he's on ship a lot), and finals and 15-20pg term papers, I have lost A LOT of days.

I'm usually not so bad at doing things...sorry :(

and Yappy yeah I need to find some friends too :) Keep so busy with everything fun is a sometime thing. We should find a time to meet up and have the pups play (moose is having issues with strangers and other dogs) Not that I'm saying I want her to be like lil bear and not ever meet a stanger, person or dog, but.....

Its Ok Envrobear. You only do the best you can. I sorry if I troubled you or anything. I hope you get better from that cold. And I hope everything will turn out ok for You, Moose, and Lil Bear. :)
