I am new to the post and live in Mobile, AL. I have a little 6 pound Yorkie I rescued after his mommie passed away. His name is Elvis and is adjusting quite well to his new home. I am looking for a female Yorkie, puppy or adult to add to our family. My name is Katherine, I was recommended to this site by a member in Marrietta, GA. Please post if you know where I can find a sweet little girl.

Yes, he was. He has adjusted well to my home and seems to be very happy. He loves to play fetch and is a wonderful little cuddle bug.

Gucci and I are in Montgomery (Gucci is a Morkie). Gucci's "older brother" Cosmo a black lab enjoy eating breakfast together when I can't catch Gucci quickly enough!

Hi, I'm from Tuscaloosa (roll tide roll) and I am mommy to LuLu, my 7 month old yorkie, Dixie, my 6 year old dachshund and Sasha, my 14 year old peek-a-poo. I, too, am looking for another female. I would love to give a FOREVER home to a 1 or 2 year old that needs re-homing.

I have a Yorkie that was given to me 6 months ago because the mother has cancer and needed someone to take her. I would love for her to be a Mommy before we get her fixed. Would you be intrested?? That way you could get the female out of the liter??

I live in Huntsville and just found an senior yorkie. She is super sweet and looks to be from a puppy mill(has a tattoo, rotten teeth, missing hair, and partially blind). I tried to find her owners and no one has claimed her. So I guess she is all mine :D

Hello,

I joined Yorkie Talk today for the first time and found the site for Southeast--I live in Russellville, which is in the Northwest corner of Alabama. My yorkie is n named Lexie and she weighs 5lbs and will be 2 in May. This threads, blogs, etc is all new to me....so I am learning as I go!!!

Roll Tide. I was in Tuscaloosa this evening for a basketball game at Tuscaloosa Academy. Had dinner at Cypress Inn. Yummy. Our little JoJo is seven months old and is a little doll. He is definitely a Southern boy since he lives in Alabama and was born in Mississippi. Also, for Auburn fans, I pull for the Tigers when they are not playing Bama. My daughter and her family are Auburn fans. What a divided family!

I have a Morkie and a Yorkie. I love them both a ton!! Our Morkie is Marley and he is 9 months old and our yorkie is Scarlett and she is 12 weeks old. We are trying to adopt a one year old Yorkie at the moment from a florida and hope that she will become a part of our family too as we have much more love to give. We live in Oxford Alabama. I pull for auburn and my husband pulls for alabama.
