New server
 
I was wondering if they new server is all in place? Things have been awful here.:(

I have been wondering the same thing. I think an update would be nice -- since donations were solicited for this purpose.

This morning I could not get on YT for quite some time and now it is taking forever to go from page to page. I left here and checked a couple of other sites -- they are all working smooth and fast. So, the problem is here on YT.

I thought it was my computer...it's been really slow..maybe they're changing over and that's why the problems

Tell me about it. It took me about half and hour to finally get on today but I know it's taken me longer on other occassions.

Well for having server problems I really didnt notice any disruptions untill today. The site has been down alot today. Hopefully we will be getting the new server soon

The forum to forum jump andd page turning have been going on for what seems a month or so. I have been getting the 'cannot find server' a lot today. i just figured they are working on the new server and all our problems will soon be over thanks to our wonderful admin.

Yep...not that you need one more person to verify, but I am also having issues today...and not just the ones in my head :p

Me too. :( Sometimes it won't let me log onto the site for a long time and I just give up. But when I can log on, it's hard sometimes to answer a post. It takes forever to load and preview. :confused: I hope this is ok, it won't let me preview again..... Ugh......:( :(

We have leased the new server and we do have access to the new server now. We will be moving YorkieTalk over to the new server in the next few weeks. Today, we were working on our current server and the new server as well, which has been causing some problems. We sincerrely apologize for the inconvenience.

We know how big this site has become and i personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping it going for us silly YT lovers you are the best!! I know it will take some time to transfer this huge site over to the new server and we will be patient. You are doing a great job Thank you!

Well, you know the panic it can cause when addicts are without their fix!!! :D :D :D

We know you're doing your best and we will do our best to not complain so much!!!!!!!!! (at least we'll try :rolleyes: )
