Pictures don't show when I click attached thumbnails

I've never had this problem before today and I'm using the same computer & browser (firefox) as always. When I click on pictures attached to postings I get a new tab opening but instead of the photo it's the YT banner and some links.

That is odd, there have been no changes to the attachments for many months.

You can also try the fix below:

First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings.

Did you try scrolling down the page alittle? I know that since YT added the ads to the picture pages it was pushing the pics further down the page and people were having to scroll down to see them.

I have been having this same problem for months and I have still not figured it out.so I just don't look at pictures because I am nearsighted,I need to see a big clear picture.its bad enough straining to read and then the pics.

So far I've logged in and out many times, cleared cache & cookies, and tested it in IE (I prefer firefox at that's where I originally had the issue). I'm still getting the same result only now in both browsers.

Woohoo, the direct links actually worked! Tried again clicking on attached thumbnails with no luck though. I will try someone else's computer I think... if it works from there I'll try to compare settings and see what's going on with mine.

Well maybe here is my fix... I compared the direct links with the address I get when clicking a thumb nail. They were the same except the ones that worked had an extra "?ads=1&postid=" at the end. I pasted that to the end of a not-working link and it works!

So, for the others that said pics didn't show, when you get to the "empty" page try adding that to the end of the address and maybe it'll work for you.
