| Leggs Perthe in my puppy-Need Surgeon ! Help ! My 5 1/2 month old pup has just been diagnosed with Leggs Perthe in his left hind leg. Is there anyone in southern california that can recommend a good surgeon that specializes in this surgery? |

| Oh, I'm so sorry your little one has this. But with the surgery he will be good as new. Tink had it in June and you'd hardly know it now. Lots of physical therapy and range of motion exercises will help him recover. Don't know any surgeons in California, but I'm sure your vet can give you a referral. Or google vet orthodaedic surgeons in your area. Something is sure to come up. Good luck and some kisses from Tink. |

| I'm so sorry to hear about your baby...it's heartbreaking...our lil one had the surgery on her left hind leg 8-17-07, Tomorrow will be one week... sending up prayers
