occasionally. It seems to be stress related. Good luck.:animal-pa |
Glad to hear that Mia will be OK! The little monkeys really have a way of giving us a scare from time to time don't they? I think that's part of their plan! lol.. When Toby was neutered he also had some retained baby teeth pulled at the same time. I felt so sorry for him that when I got him home I went to the store and got him baby food and was feeding him off of a spoon. (which by the way he ate off of better than most toddlers) He scarfed that down and when I put him down he proceeded to run over and start chomping down hard kibbles! They sure have us wrapped around their paws don't they? |

I'm sorry - the vet just said inflamation of the digestive track. She's on Metronidazole twice a day for 5-7 days. The vet said that the "roasted" chicken had too much fat in it and was a "change" in her diet, which irritated her digestive track. Worse than that was that while we were there I asked about her front legs, as they seemed tender when I brush her, but the vet said she wasn't worried about the front - it was the back ones that bothered her. She said that she has Luxtating P (?) and that they were at a #2 Might have to have surgery later. Also talked to her about her reverse cough or colaping trachea. She told us what to listen for and that we could have her xrayed and a possible surgery but only if it was on the top half of her throat.... Thanks for asking. |
Sorry your baby has been feeling puny. I don't have experience with LP but I will be thinking of you both. What did the vet tell you to listen for? I get kind of nervous when Giz makes those sounds. |
So glad it was nothing too serious. HAPPY DANCING!:) |
