Sibelle will have a surgery
 
I am so nervous , this morning Sibelle will have a surgery to remove a tumor on her back near her little tail .

I hope everything will go well for her and I'll receive a positive phone call from the Animal Hospital after the surgery .

Special prayers are going on Sibelle's way . My thoughts are with you . I can imagine how nervous you are . Surgery is always a stressing condition for us Yorkie lovers .

Thank you for the prayers .

When I was signing the paper for the surgery , a man told the woman at the desk that he would never pay for a surgery , he would prefer to have her euthanazied . I was so mad at him but I didn't answer , telling myself it was a total lost of time . The vet came and told the man to go in the waiting room.

I really wondered why peoples seems so happy when they say rude things ? Maybe this man have nothing else to do of his life .

As soon as I'll have news , I'll post it .

Don't concern yourself on the ignorance of others. Thank heavens it wasn't his dog!
Prayer's coming for your little one to have a safe and successful surgery.

Oh, Diego, I am so sorry that little Sibelle is having to go through this. I will keep you both in my prayers ... I'm sure everything will be fine. You are a good Mom!

Update
 
I just received a phone call from the vet . Sibelle did it well with the surgery .
The vet had to cut her tail off and scratch tissue around the area .
I have to call them back tonight and the vet will let me know when I'll be able to take her home .
I am so relieve to know that she made it and really hope she'll be home tonight .

That old man that was so rude must be such a miserable person:( Misery loves company, he was trying to make you be his company:laugh:!

:lol tears Should have seen his face when I turned and left without a word . He wasn't sure if I understood what he said .

Sibelle will not come home tonight . This afternoon , she have been sick . Dr said she will not take the risk of releasing her now . As she said , Sibelle is very small and Its almost a miracle that she came out of the surgery .

I'll continue to pray for my little darling .

Yesterday night , I went to see Sibelle . She was feeling better . If everything is alright , I'll take her home today .

Diego, thank you so much for the update. I was looking for the thread to check on her. Sounds like you have an excellent vet. I hope she will recover quickly and no doubt she will when she gets home and back in her Mom's arms! I will keep her in my prayers.

Hi Bettyeanne , yes , I have an excellent vet . She really love her job . Yesterday , when I visited Sibelle , I was worried about her . Dr. Brunel took time to explained what happened to her . She explained why she had to take off Sibelle's little tail . I told her that I was very proud she saved Sibelle's life and a little one without a tail is better than no little one at all .

Sibelle will be home in a few hours .

Sibelle is home now . She have difficulty to walk but it is normal . She is on pain killer . I am very glad to see her home .

I am so happy that Sibelle is home and doing well! Was everything OK with the tumor? I'll bet she is cute without her tail .... you are absolutely right, better to have her with no tail than the alternative! God bless you both.

The vet took some tissue off around the area . I really hope it will not come back .

I just found your thread & I am so happy that Sibelle is home with you & doing well! Like Villette said, it's really wonderful to read something positive & we all appreciate you keeping us updated! I'm sending good wishes & prayers for a quick recovery for Sibelle. :)
