Babybear UPDATE (Broken neck AAI/AAS baby) Just had to write to everyone and let them know that on Saturday I was trying to measure Babybear for his cart that I have to send out to get sized for him. I was told to measure him in the cart I made for him (picture posted) and when I tried he ran across the livingroom in his cart. I pulled him back and he ran acrossed the living room again. This is the very first time he ran/walked with all four legs. Most of the time he just sits there except the one time he got across the kitchen. That was because he was mad at me. I was so excited Saturday I couldn't stand it. I just had to let everyone here know. There is hope with injured babies. It takes a lot of time and energy, but it is worth it. So worth it. Some people give up when finding out that there is something very serious wrong with their babies. Babybear is a prime example to not give up hope. This little guy came back from death to make my heart just jump for joy. I am glad I am able to share this with you all. Val and Babybear

Thank You , Thank You all, Now I am hoping when he gets his new cart back from the manufacturer that he will do much better. Much more light weight and wheels are easier to work. I have read time and time again about these injured babies only needing the carts for a short time. A few months. So fingers crossed for him to give me a big Christmas gift and walk on Christmas without any help. If not oh well he is alive and getting around and very happy. Thank you all again for joining in our happiness for our baby. Val and Babybear

| OMG - what a tremendous job you have done with BabyBear. He is the luckiest little guy in the world to a mom that loves him so very much. I shudder to think what could have happened if had gone to a different family. God Bless you for all you have done for you little guy. And his improvement shows just what love and perserverance (and a temper) can do. Way to go BabyBear. You keep on fighting little Buddy and you can make it all the way.

I just wanted to say God bless your sweet generous soul. I saw this thread and I remembere your fisrt one, but did not see all of the others. So I went back and read them. All that you have been through with that precious little baby of yours and still you are on here helping others. I pray for the best for your Babybear. It sounds like he has come a long way thanks to your love and devotion to him. May he give you years and years of love and kisses. I don't know that I could have done all that you have. He is lucky to have gotten you for a Momma Is there anything I can do to help you? make him a pillow or a blanket or anything. Maybe a bag for you to carry him in. How about yourself. Do you needs something? It's a little far for me to come to babysit so you can get out, but I'd like to do something.

Thank you so much Jeanie. I have been making him things to keep him comfortable and I have made him a carrier. But I thank you very much for the offer. I am just so glad that he has come so far. And I am here to help anyone that has any problems or thinks that their baby might be a suffer of this Misdiagnost disease. I am hoping that Babybear's story will help other furparents. And there are so many that just don't know until it is to late. I thank you so much for everything Jeanie. He is my little angel and I love him to death. Thanks again Val and Babybear
