Please pray for my little boy!!!
 

Update on my Little River...I am crying as I write this. He had many seizures and I took him back to his breeder who met me half way. According to her he has calmed down some and can now hold his head up but he is not acting better. He is with his mommy and the breeder is keeping an eye on him. She gave me a written guarentee that if he doesn't survive she will return my money but my prayers are towards a recovery. It was sooooo very hard to hold him and feel his body shaking so violently. I just whispered to him and told him I loved him and the more it happened the sooner the next one happened. The breeder said if he does not survive she is having him tested to see what caused it. I can't imagine him not surviving now. I just don't understand how I can watch this little boy grow up and now possibly lose him. I wish he was ok again and right here with me. I am soooooo scared and I just don't know what to do besides pray for him. I don't want him to suffer at all but I selfishly don't want to lose him either. I am scared she is going to call and give me bad news soon. I fell in love with this little life and my heart is breaking so bad. Please everyone pray for my little boy!!!!!

OH my heart aches for you i hope little river is ok! if he was acting lathargic after eating and had seisures mabey he has a liver problem those were the signs my vet told me to look for also low blood sugar. well hopefully he will get better with his momma and be able to return to you soon. I will pray for little river stay strong we are here for you!

OH NO ! I'm soooooo sorry to hear this - Have you heard anything ? Bless your heart - I can't imagine how you feel and want you to know you aren't alone....Sending lots of prayers to little River and I really hope he can pull thru this....How truly sad for you both. I'm so sorry.:( :( :( :(

I too want to know did the breeder take him to the vet? Please tell us he is ok. At least tell us he is seeing a vet. I am so sorry you and the little baby is having to go through this. I wish there is something we could do. You are in our prayers as well. Good luck. Pray and have faith.

Update:
 

According to his breeder mommy River is acting ok. She said that after the attack he suffered in her car when she met me to pick him up he never had another. Today he was eating, drinking and even playing with his older sister from another previous litter. She also said he immediately took to nursing on his sister (who just gave birth herself) and she let him so maybe because of his size he was not ready to stop nursing and his mommy dried up too soon. River is almost 10 weeks old. She thinks he had severe hypoglycemia leading to the seizures. He is acting normal again and I asked that she keep him there for a while longer to observe him and to be sure he is healthy before I attempt to bring him home again. It is a miracle he is ok and survived!!! Now we are taking it one day at a time. I will try to visit him next week around tues. or wed. I will keep everyone updated as I hear more but thank you all for your support!!! It means the world to me!!!

That's great news. Thanks for the update. I think everyone here was holding their breath wishing for some good news. Now you can breath again too.

he was weighed today and was 1lb. 4oz. He is about the size of a coke can. You can't even feel him when holding him...it is like holding hair...so small. Here are some pics of when he was home with me. One is of him...the other is him with Juliet who is only 3lbs and tiny too (he is sooo much smaller than her)!!! Thank you everyone...We will keep our fingers crossed and pray he keeps acting this way!!! I want him home safe and healthy soon!!! I will keep you all informed on things!
