:ghug: Oh, and my opinion is a blade of grass too! Definitely not tape worm--my cats get that too and it most certainly looks like rice. |

Ditto to the gallery of GRASS sayers. I have seen most of the worms in school and that is not a tape or pin worm. What is really fun is when they eat a crayon and you see rainbow poop...hehe :D |
it does look like a peice of grass to me also, but i am not an expert and ive never even seen what a tapeworm looks like so im sorry im not of very much help... but i must say that i love the fact that i just thoroughly examined poop on my computer screen. and i love that im not the only one!! where else could you post a picture of poop and it be totally normal? only at YT... |
I just like to say thank you soSOososo much on their advice and opinons it turns out it was a piece of grass or thread like everyone said. thanks again! much love to everyone! |

I was ready to run to the vet the other day when Baby was "constipated." Or so I thought. She just had hard poop attached to her hair covering their bung hole! I'm so glad I checked before bringing her in or I really would have been embarassed! LOLOL |

I keep telling you guys to stop being "stool gazers." In all honesty, if we had bigger dogs that went to the bathroom outside, we wouldn't be "examining" their stools every time they went to the bathroom... How would you like someone doing that to you??? My vet said that more people get upset about their dog's poop than any other thing he can think of.... they have hard stools, soft stools round stools, square stools, yellow stools, light stools, dark stools, and stools with every imaginable thing in them that a dog can eat, etc. etc. etc. and 99% of the time there is never any problem at all. Instead what we should be more concerned with is --- is our dog eating, drinking, going to the bathroom, feeling good, being active, playful, and happy.....(most of the time - because dogs have bad days too!) Some few things, of course - like blood in the stools for more than a day or two or constipation and diarrhea that last for more than a day or two - or worms that we can see should be checked on....... I just pick it up and flush it down the toilet and try not to look at it.... I would notice the things that I mentioned above, but usually it's just poop. Carol Jean |
