Well Marie, I read this whole thread tonight, even the pages that I read in the beginning. I had to find out all the updates on Gucci. I'm so glad she is doing so well. Hugs to everyone in your family and keeping my fingers crossed for a great report on April 8th!!

Hi Marie and little Gucci! I can't begin to tell you how happy it makes me to read the positive updates about little Gucci! I don't remember a time I was every so worried about a little one on YT! I'm so thankful that she's doing so well and thank the good Lord for hearing all the prayers!!!

Good grief...that is ridiculous that you don't have heat! How miserable! I can't stand being cold...especially indoors!!! Warm hugs to you!

Connie, TY so much. Im also so grateful and thankful that the lord heard our prayers. TY so much for caring about my girl.

I hate the cold also. Is a good thing that winter is over. Im very disgusted with my landlord. I mean they are rude and take their sweet time to do any repairs. But you are a little bit late paying your rent and you get slap with an eviction notice. Everyone is so upset. I wish I had the money to move out of here. Anyhow, is a good thing that summer is around the corner.
Im just happy that my girl is doing better, that gives me hope.

Hey Marie! I am so sorry that your landlord is a jerk! That just stinks. But hopefully you will be able to move before you know it. And I know that we will all keep our fingers crossed for sure! I am so glad that Gucci is doing better! That just makes my day! I wish that I would have been able to give a donation! But money is so tight here right now as well. I hope that you get a good report at your next visit as well! I will continue to pray for you and your girl! God Bless you both!

Well today is a week since my Gucci had her mishap and thanks to all your prayers and caring she is recuperating. She still seems to be sleeping more than usual thou. She is eating and pottying and no signs of internal bleeding, so Im hoping that she is out of danger. Now I have to wait for the 8th for her blood test and pray that is comes back normal.
I want to thank you all for the prayers and for being there for us. You all have a special place in my heart.

Marie, I'm so glad to hear that Gucci is doing well in her recovery. It's great that we can all help to contribute to her improved condition! Thanks for keeping us posted. Remember to take care of yourself too and get on the landlord's a$$ about the heat!!!

Thanks for the update. My day just doesn't start out right unless I know how Gucci's doing.

Besides the extra sleeping, does she seem normal when she's awake? Is she playfull at all? Does she respond to your voice like usual? Just curious.

Mike you are so sweet. Thank you so much for loving my baby. Answering your questions:
She plays for a little bit with her rope and ball. She responds when we call her, I can see her ears perk up. Sometimes she comes to us and not the other times, but that is normal. She is a bit stubborn. She does seem a bit calmer, but I think that is good. The vet said for her to stay as calm as possible. His exact words were to care for her as if she was a Hemophiliac.
Im hoping that she keeps recuperating and her PT test comes back normal.
I promise to keep you all updated.

Wow, the hemophiliiac analogy really puts it into perspective. Poor baby is sick. But that just makes me think all the other positive signs are terrific. She's doing great!

You are so rite Mike. That is the main reason I wont stop worrying until that test comes back normal and the vet said that she is a 100%. But It is also rite that the other positive sings gives me hope.

Teri I missed that post about Megan's and Tucker's birthday being on April 8th. WOW, only good things indeed.
