Same thing today.... she puts it down for a bit but still won't walk on it....... I just don't understand why she won't cry or wimper? Last night I put warm towels on her leg to help it heat up the muscles she liked it because she would lie down and just relax, she is still playing and running and eating ,pooping ok...... Do you guys think something is broken that I missed?

She could just have a bone bruise...

Ask Villette, sometimes pups will play up an injury for days because it gets them the coveted attention. :D But I am guessing your poor little girl has a boo-boo, and it hurts her! Could be sorely bruised, but it could also be a hairline fracture. Like the vet said, if she still doesn't use it, take her in.

Good luck, poor little thing!! :(

thanks... I hope she is not playing it up....it happened thurs. night I hope by tomorrow morning she is better!

If your regular vet is not open tomorrow, you may want to think about bringing her in today so you don\'t have to pay Emergency Vet fees... BIG BUCKS...

went to the vet\'s today, he said a x-ray was not needed.... so it turns out she just might have 2 ligaments or maybe he said muscles in a bunch... reccomended some platinury or something like that until she got better and for me to confine her, can\'t do that but I am going to put her and Gizmo in a big spacious room with nothing to jump on or off of... I figure at least she won\'t feel lonely.....he estimated about 7 days or so, keep you guys posted... by the way have you guys ever heard of that medicine? It comes in a brown powder form?

Back to normal, well almost.... Vet reccommended confining her, well mommy couldn\'t do it so we just "eliminated" problem areas... she is playing and having fun.... bought them some flossies today and they LOVE them, they didn\'t even pay attention to me~~~ that\'s a 1st!

gee thanks winnie poo!! My mommy bought me flossies!!! I love them..... she says I deserve them cuz I\'m behaved like such a BIG gurl!
