Shouldn't Buddy have all 6 of his bottom lower front teeth by 7 months old. He seems like he is in pain and not eating. I noticed his lower front teeth are missing, 7 months old?? Is that normal?

His adult teeth should be coming in.

The best person to ask is your vet especially if he looks like he's in pain. He could get an infection.

In my opinion it is weird but it’s better suited for you to ask your vet.

Did you get his baby teeth removed during neuter? I have a 6 month old that still has not had full teeth come in.

Yes your vet should remove any left baby teeth that have not fallen out when you get them neutered.
