| Prayers needed Thumper is at the emergency room because him and his sister Bella got into the pill pockets and his medication. I am so nervous. Originally I was just monitoring them because they seemed fine just some throw up. However at 10 pm today Thunper thre up blood. So off to the emergency room we went. They had me call ASPCA Poison control and the vet is on the phone with them now for treatment recommendations. He is so scared at the hospital. Bella seems to be doing ok. She thre up this afternoon some but since then ate some dinner peed and hasn’t had another episode. No poop yet so don’t know if there is diahreah to be worried about. I am beside myself. I need to work a half a day tomorrow since there is no one to cover my shift and I don’t want to leave my pups. |

| Update apparently they are more concerned with the pill pocket eating than the vetryl medicine. They are doing full blood panel and giving him fluids under the skin. If the electrolytes are abnormal they will keep him overnight. Hopefully all comes back in a safe dosage. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Oh my gosh - sending tons of healing thoughts and positivity!!! Did they say why they were more concerned about the pill pockets? I can't think of why, but I definitely want to know if they can be dangerous if eaten in large quantities. Please keep us updated!

Apparently they are more concerned with the pill pockets due to the salt levels eaten in large quantities. The medicine if he did ingest all I think he did would not cause an overdose. Still very stressed as he had not pooped yet and is just laying around based on the camera. Worried about him not drinking much water either but they gave him fluid under the skin so that might be a reason. | |

| I am on my way home from work because I saw him pooping and it looks really loose. Got him a chicken breast for dinner and hopefully that will help. When my babies don’t feel well I get really anxious because I can only guess what is wrong. |
