I would still assume it was reverse sneezing, if not for the diagnosis he got from his vet while getting a dental. The elongated palate can only be diagnosed under general anesthesia. When she tried to put the breathing tube in she was able to make the diagnosis. I want to thank you all so much for your prayers. Since that night that I posted he has only had a few minor episodes. Never underestimate the power of prayer. My baby's tongue was blue...he was not getting oxygen sufficient for sustaining life. Amazing!
| Thanks for the information - Tibbe does something like that, too, to some degree. But it didn't start until he was about two or three. Prayers continuing as they are helping. |
