Lisa I am so sorry for your loss. The difference in buster in the 2 pictures you posted was incredible. He made great strides both inwardly and outwardly while with your family. RIP Buster.

Oh wow I wasn't expecting this, I am so so sorry Lisa, my heart is very saddened by the news of Buster's passing. Buster was so lucky to have you in his life !

My heart is breaking hearing about Buster. When you posted your Halloween photos, his smile really touched my heart. Buster knew he was loved, and your love had such a profound effect on him. I am very sorry for your loss.

Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear Buster lost his fight. At least he was loved at the end and had many who cared about him.

Lisa, I am so sorry to hear about Buster. I believe with all my heart that he is in a place of peace and no more pain, while sadly you are left in a great deal of pain. Thank you so much for making his remaining time here happy and filled with love.

Lisa so sorry for your loss of sweet little Buster...I know how much you loved him and he loved you too...you could see it in his sweet little face. I am so thankful he had you as his mom and knew what love truly was. My heart breaks for you wish there was something I could do but know you are in my thoughts and prayers...RIP Buster you are missed.

Oh, Lisa, I so love that picture of Buster in his vest....he looks like he is smiling!! Precious little boy. I am so sorry you and Robert and Vivi and Pic are going through this pain....I know that in time the good memories will take some of this pain away....but that really takes time. I know that you know how good you were to this little man; but I also know that does not make you feel better right now.

You are in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for saving Buster and for giving him such a wonderful life with you. He went from that sad looking little guy in the shelter to that adorable happy hippie boy ( :) ) and he left us knowing true love.

Lisa, it is still hard to believe little Buster is gone so fast. I am sending warm thoughts and prayers to you and your DH, as this must be such a shock to you too.

Thank you everyone for your comments. They mean so much to me. I do miss my little buddy and how he was with me as we followed our morning routine. He was usually my own private alarm clock. :)

I am thankful that he will no longer have to suffer. RIP sweet Buster.

Aww Lisa, I'm so very sorry you've lost sweet Buster. I am so happy that you were his Mommy. You weren't just his "foster Mommy". He loved and trusted you. He felt safe and secure. You saw him through to the end. You were his angel, and he was so blessed to have you. Thank you for sharing the pictures. Gosh, he was such a beautiful little boy. Gentle hugs, friend.

Lisa, I'm terrible at condolences.
Buster will always be the Happy Hippie in my mind. Bless you for loving him, I know he'll be waiting for us all to see him again.

Lisa, My prayers are with you and your family. My heart broke with yours when I read the unhappy news. Try to remember the good times you enjoyed with him as much as possible to help you though this difficult time. He left a loving paw print on so many hearts! R.I.P. Buster!

I am so so sorry about Buster ... You did all you could and more for him, he was lucky to have you as his mum, I feel your loss and pain, I have been there twice, and am soon to face it again, and I know it really hurts right now, there will come times, when you can think of Buster without so many tears, and even smile at the good times, but that is ahead, for now we are all here for you.
