If you can go to NCSU you can go in through the emergency room 24 hours a day, they will do an evaluation and then refer him directly over for a neuro consult. If you can't get to NCSU, does the Univ of Georgia have an E.R? I would think they would, just go straight to the E.R., I'm sure they will evaluate Troy and refer you to neuro. It's worth the try so there is no wait time. I also found a private practice neuro was much more expensive than the vet school. I'm a strong supporter of vet schools. Their knowledge, skill level and up to date equipment is amazing. Keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers. |
