Hi My name is Arieann and this is my first time writing on this site. I have a Yorkie that I rescued about 3 years ago. He is 5&1/2 and I am so glad he is in our life. His name is Archie. About a year ago Archie was playing with another small dog and he landed on his back leg wrong. His leg was stiff and not moving or bending right. We took him to our vet and found out that it was his knee. Please take Kenny to another doctor. What people don't realize ( groomers and even my self at times because this is my first time with a little dog) is that these little angels are delicate. I hope he gets better soon. |
Update - MRI revealed either bruising of the nerve near the spine, or FCE which is an embolism (stroke) in the arteries leading to the spinal cord. Either way they say it will take time, but he should* recover fully (hopefully). Thanks for everyone's prayers for my baby, I will keep you posted. |

Good luck and thank you for keeping us updated! Hope you and Kenny stay with us on YT! :) |
I am glad to hear Kenny will make a full recovery!! |
Welcome to YT !!! Sending prayers for u and Kenny and that he has a full recovery !!! |
Sorry I haven't updated you in awhile! Kenny's leg started moving slightly and works! But depending on how tired he is sometimes he leaves it up and runs on 3, and sometimes all 4. So definite improvement. I really appreciate all your thoughts and prayers for Kenny! |
