| Hello and Welcome to YT! I hope that by now you have found a solution to your little guys problem. If not, is there someone else who can take him in to the vet for you? A family friend, neighbor anyone? I can't imagine how uncomfortable this must be for him. Maybe some more experienced YTers can jump in here with some suggestions.

| Did you ever get this figured out? Poor little guy Try feeding him some carrot sticks, green beans, or soft food with about a 1/4 tsp of mineral oil mixed in. Also, I know you said it hurts him to touch back there, but it might help him to rub some mineral oil around his anus...might help the stool slide out easier.

| Thank you for trying to help this pup. You should try running warm water on his anus. It should help stimulate the muscles and might also help him feel better. This baby is probably lost from his home, and hopefully you can get help so that his owner can be found. I really hope you feel better and that you heal quickly from your hysterectomy.

| I hope you have found someone who can take this little one in to see a vet. He can get evaluated there and scanned to see if he is microchipped. Someone may be looking for their lost Yorkie. I hope you feel better after your surgery and heal quickly.

| Good advice from everyone above. If you can get him to sit and soak in shallow, warm water, that would probably help loosen the stool. I hope you can find someone to help you get him to the vet to scan for a microchip soon. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

| He needs to scanned for microchip at the vet....they can find his owner, who is probable distraught, looking for her baby! Thank you for taking him into your home and trying to do what you can for him...if you are running warm water over his little butt, that will help soften up the dried stool and it will eventually wash off under the running water....be VERY careful that he does not lunge from your grasp and hit the floor...it could very well kill him! He could even possibly have a little piece of something he ate that did not digest, wedged in his rectum, causing him much distress....I hope you can somehow get him to a vet or get him so help, some how! Dont injure yourself with your new surgery! |

| I hope you can at least get someone to take him to a shelter or vet to get him scanned. He probably has owners and they can get him the care he needs. Poor guy... I hope he gets to the vet soon!

| Has this problem been resolved? Were you able to get this baby to the vet, or get the poo soaked off his tiny hiney? |
