| Lexi ate a cat toy This in not her week. Lexi ate a small cat toy. We call them puffer balls. About the size of a quarter. Soft small pieces of yarn with tinsel in it. Called emergency vet right away and after 2 separate doses of peroxide she vomitted. No parts of the toy came up. I know she ate it because I tried to grab it from her as she swallowed. The emergency vet says to watch her over the next 24 hours. I am exhausted from worry about her because she just had a tumor removed and we are still waiting results on that. I hope it just passes. We usually don't have those cat toys around but cleaning out some boxes of stuff and the cat dug one out. Ugh not good! |

| Oh poor Lexi. I pray that all is ok with her. I hope what ever she ate comes out with no problem. I tell you these babies sure do keep us on our toes.

| update I was informed by my daughter that Lexi has a sparkle poo. I will be going home at lunch to check it out and see just how much she passed. Oh the things we do! I can't believe she did this. She is such a fussy eater! But if it belonged to the cat I suppose she wanted to make sure and claim it. I thought the kids were grown up, and now its the dog! lol She is worth it though. |
