I'm just now seeing this and will pray for your precious Sadie. What a scare! I hope your vet can figure this out and Sadie will be well and healthy soon. Hugs to you! I'm glad she's back home with you!

I am just now seeing this thread to. My thoughts and prayers are with Sadie and you, I pray the docs can find out what is wrong with her and help her.

good morning all. I am off to see Sadie's vet. Hopefully I will get some answers as to what is going on with her. She had a good night and slept all night long with no problems. I think she was so tired because she did not sleep at all at the hospital. Will keep everyone updated on what is going on with her.

We are back from the vets office. The blood work shows everything is normal and we have to wait on all the other results but my vet is 99% sure that she is having petit mal seizures.
He said he does not want to put her on medicine right away because once it is started this is a life long thing. He said she could go another month, year or day without having another one but you just never know. He gave me some volume for her and says if it happens again to give her half and that will help and he also wants me to keep a journal all of the attacks that way they can see if they are getting more frequent and when that happens they will put her on meds. My vet gave her a complete physical and said she looks fine, he also did her anal glands. So all I can do now is wait until it happens again but pray that it does'nt. Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes. I do have pictures of Sadie that I will be posting once the camera charges.

So sorry to hear this. I pray she doesn't have anymore episodes at all. Glad that everything else appears normal. I'll continue to pray for her.

Awe.... I'm so sorry to hear this is going on, hopefully she doesn't have anymore, but, like doc said, you just never know. having a son that has grand mal seizures, I know how terrifying it can be. Skinkid of furkid, ya just hate to see them go through it, it's terrifying and you feel so helpless. Sending prayers up for you and Sadie both. Hang in there.

Omg, poor Sadie and poor mommy! What a long weekend you two had. I'm so glad to hear that she is feeling better and no more seizures for Miss Sadie!

As a lot of you might know I just went through a lot of this with Lexie Rae.
Seizures are very scary. I was very relieved when all of the testing cam back normal. She began her meds last wk and so far we are seizure free:)

As promised here at the pictures of Sadie when I first brought her home and today on the new window ledge that my daughter and I made for them. She has been back to her normal self today and I could not be happier. We just made this window ledge today because the couch was sitting there and Scooter fell behind the couch twice while looking out the window and I was afraid he would get hurt so we moved the couch and made this.
