Prays and thoughts to you and Layla. Does the veterinary college have neurologists as teachers? I think she should see a specialist. When Addie broke her leg, her vet recommended a specialist at another hospital even though they could have done the surgery themselves. Their reasoning was that they have done them in the past, but the specialist does this practically every day, so there's more skill involved. I hope the little precious one gets better soon! |
The vet thinks it is progressing quickly and made some calls and can get us in for surgery today. I am picking her up now to drive into the city. Please pray for her. |

You got it...Good Luck to you guys. |
Please let us know how she is doing. I hope everything went good. |
I have had a sick little yorkie for a couple of months now. I have been praying for her...she is getting better. I prayed for your baby when I read what is going on with her. God loves you, and he knows you love your baby. He will take care of her. |
I am pretty sure they have a neurologist on staff at the Western College, if not they will have an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in spinal surgery. I wish I had seen this post earlier, as I know from experience that they will expect payment for half the estimate before they treat. There are several companies in Canada that will finance the costs, I hope they give her this info when she gets there. |
Looking for an update on the little girl. I have just sent you a PM with my phone number, if you would like to talk. Saying prayers for your baby. Kathy |
