Update on Momo
 
Thank You everybody for the well wishes & prayers! It really means alot & we appreciate it so much!

I didn't give him water, he was knocked out & was even snoring. At around 3:15 am, he jumped on my bed & came to curl up next to me (this is how he usu sleeps).:) He slep all night & morning. He did want to eat (good sign), but no food untill his vet gives the ok. I offered him some melted ice cubes, he wasn't interested.

We made an appt for the vet at 9:30. Will update on Momo when we get back.

Momo gives kisses to everyone!

Thank goodness he's doing ok, and I pray for a full and complete recovery very quickly.

We came back from the vet
 
Our vet checked Momo out & said everything looks good, no internal injuries. He spent a few minutes looking into Momo's eyes w/the little flashlight in the dark room. He said to keep a close eye on him today & see if at least he'll be back to his ol self by 80%. When he palpated his abdomen, Momo was ok. All the gas in his stomach was from him vomitting & gulping air. He did burp this morning.

He just had some food, plain boiled chicken w/white rice & some kibble soaked in chicken 'juice'. He's keeping it all down so far & is sleeping on my lap. :)

God is so good, and sounds like Momo is on his way to total recovery...This is such a special place to be, and I'm so thankful for it, just like you are... :)

Oh Jenny just now seeing this thread and all your updates..whew. Momo you scared me, Izzy and Cosmo.:(

I am so happy to hear that he is doing better and resting OMG see it's the little freak accidents that get you all worried.

Jen don't beat yourself up on this one..that's how they play and I worry now with my two with the zoomies. They run around so fast and slide into things. Plus they are so tiny and precious and can't take the big falls/knocks that the big doggies can handle.

Keep us posted on him, OK??:animal-pa

:eek: I just saw this. Poor sweetie pie, thank God you rushed him to the vet.

So glad he's feeling better this morning, that is sooooo scary. We'll be thinking 'bout you and those little rascals all day. I'll bet your exhausted!

oh Jenny - that's great news !!! I can't imagine how scared you were but I'm really glad he's ok....:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Oh no Jenny, just seeing this thread. Poor little Momo. I am so glad he is home and the vets feel he will be ok. I was crushed when I read your post about my little man. Give Momo a huge kiss from me and Laya and please keep us updated on his progress. So sorry this happened. I hope you are ok also, I know how scary that must have been. Hugs to both of you!
