You know, there are times when I question my own intelligence! I just asked Twalla on a thread she'd commented on about how Sam was. Chances are she will never see that at all....DUH

Glad to read that Sam is feeling better. If the heat as been anything there like it has here, he could be feeling some affects of it.

(Just another trick to file away in the brain...when Taffy was a bit constipated, I called the vet's office and they told me to put a little olive (veggie) oil on her food. This was after my attempt to get the girl to eat some pumpkin failed. It worked like a charm.)

milu's been having runny poop, i took her to the vet and did a poop test, but they didn't find anything.

i tried pumpkin and it worked for her, but her poop is still a little tiny bit runny, the vet told me to give her immoduim A/D if she still has runny poop, i just started giving it to her yesterday. so far so good.

you might want to give sam some pedialyte to make sure he stays hydrated if he is having a lot of diarrhea.

He didnt have a lot of diarrhea thank goodness. I hope Milu gets to feeling better, it sure sucks when they are sick.

The heat here has been hot, over 100 today not including the heat index.

Thank you for the tip! I will keep that in mind esp if I dont have any pumpkin on hand!

Sam had just pooped that once so I am hoping for some more poop tonight. He did have a spurt of energy with Martin while ago so I am hoping that keeps up!!!

I am so very sorry that little Sam Sam isn't feeling well - it sounds like you are getting some fantastic suggestions so I'll just keep my mouth shut -- but please give him huggles from me.
