| Tooth got pulled? This evening I was going to pick up one of my kids socks and as I went to pick it up, Bella went to snatch it and the sock was on her back tooth. So I picked her up and got the sock. I then notice she is doing this funny thing like she has something stuck in her teeth or something in her mouth so I looked and that tooth is broken from the gums. I will call the vet in the morning and see if I can get her in so they can take a look, but I dont know what they could do for her. She will be 6 months next week. Do you think thats a baby tooth? Or is she going to be toothless back there? Thanks in advance |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i think it just may be a baby tooth. does it look like there is still a root in the gum that the tooth is detached from or does it look like a loose baby tooth like a kid would have? if the root is still there then the vet definitely needs to take care of that.

| milu had her baby teeth removed when she was spayed. but she recently broke some adult teeth and had to have surgery to remove them it sounds like those are still baby teeth. let the vet take a look to make sure everything is ok.

| So this morning it doesnt seem to be bothering her. She has even eaten some of her kibble. Its only 6:45 in the morning here so I have a little bit before the vet opens. I called my husband lastnight at work and asked him what he thought(he is by no means a doggie expert but he usually makes since) and he thinks it was a baby tooth. I didnt pull hard and he seems to think that if it was one of her permanent teeth it wouldnt have been that easy to pull away from the gums. He said it was probably a baby tooth and I helped it along. I just feel so bad for my baby I will update once the vet takes a look at her |
