| i was wondering if anyone could help me...my puppy started throwing about i think its been about two weeks ago....anyway she started throwing up her food. so i take her to the vet and since she was still her normal self and was holding down liquids and all the vet just gave me medicine for the vomitting. so the vomitting didnt stop so i take her back. and in order to assure nothing was stuck inside my baby the vet did an xray. the xray came back fine and so then she decided to do a fecal test. i forgot to mention my puppy started having diarrhea also. so she gives me flagyl and tells me to keep giving her the vomitting medicine. she said maybe it was parasites. so i come home and start giving her the flagyl and the other medicine as well and she stops vomitting and no more diahrea. the hting is i thought maybe it was parasites and today when i get the fecal results im told there are no parasites. so i have to go tomorrow and find out if i need to stop the flagyl and what the next step is.....does anyone have any idea what may be going on. could it be her food not agreeing with her anymore???? shes been on natural balance since ive had her....but the last week shes been eating prescription diet since thats what the vet said to give her for now....im confused and worried. |

| I would ask the vet to do bloodwork to make sure all of her organs are functioning properly. Has your puppy had all of her shots? How old is she and what does she weigh? |
