Senior Yorkie Talker | Advice please Hi, our new Yorkie boy is doing great but I'm concerned about my Pom. He's 3 yrs old and has never been ill. For some reason he is not eating the way he normally does and has vomited a couple of times. But his nose is cold & wet, his eyes are clear & bright and he's still playful. Should I be concerned enough to go to the vets or is this just an upset tummy? I've never tried, but a friend suggested PetoBismol, is that safe for dogs? Going to call the vet and ask after all, but advice would be appreciated.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Just noticed your post buried way down there - is your baby feeling better? Yes, you can give Pepto for non-emergent tummy upsets - 1/2 tsp is the usual dose.
